T&B Provisions offers customizable sandwich and wrap platters, individually packaged box lunches, continental breakfast platters, homestyle sides and convenient add-ons.

Sandwich & Wrap Platters

$60 per platter

Each platter serves approximately 6–8 people and includes an assortment of sandwiches, wraps or a combination, cut and arranged for easy serving.

For larger groups, simply order multiple platters and customize each assortment. We recommend approximately 2 pounds of sides with each platter.

Build Your Own Platter

Choose your preferred breads, wraps, meats, cheeses, vegetables and condiments. We can create an assortment for your group or follow your specific selections.

Breads & Wraps

Hard rolls, white, wheat, rye, gluten-free bread and 12-inch wraps.

Meats & Fillings

Turkey, roast beef, ham, Italian cold cuts with soppressata and capicola, chicken salad and tuna salad.

Cheeses

American, provolone, cheddar and Swiss.

Vegetables

Lettuce, tomato, red onion, arugula and banana peppers.

Vegetarian & Vegan Options

Tomato and fresh mozzarella is available as a vegetarian selection. Additional vegan options may be available—please inquire when placing your order.

Condiments

Mayonnaise, mustard, oil and vinegar, balsamic, lemon-chive aioli, sriracha aioli, chipotle mayonnaise, garlic and herb aioli, pesto mayonnaise, horseradish crema and green goddess aioli.

Box Lunches

T&B Box Lunch — $17.95 each

A separately packaged sandwich or wrap served with Deep River chips, a small side, pickle and chocolate-chip cookie.

Box lunches are an easy choice for meetings, off-site teams and individually labeled orders.

Homestyle Sides

We recommend approximately 2 pounds of sides with each sandwich and wrap platter.

Serves approximately 10–12 people.

A 12-piece assortment of muffins, scones, Danish, croissants and bagels, served with cream cheese, butter and preserves.

Assorted Bagels — $39 per dozen

An assortment of plain, sesame, everything and cinnamon-raisin bagels, served with two 8-ounce containers of plain cream cheese.
